RESTAURANT

    Carpanta have a modern / rustic architecture thus creating an innovative design. It will have a view of the kitchen of it and this would provide a slightly more formal setting because the client can observe the work done by students in charge. The profile of our target market is based on the clientele that the circumstances on the island, the purchasing power of themselves and their availability and interest to acquire the type of products Carpanta offers. The focus then our target market is people with the following profile: People between the ages of 22 years and older, upper middle class, middle class and lower middle class, working from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with professional degrees that go from high school certificate. Which are considered professionals, possibly they are single parents or have children.

     It is a practical course in which the student applies management skills, administrative and technical knowledge acquired in previous courses to create and manage a fully operational restaurant. All students will have to perform as managers, assistant managers, hosts, cashiers (as), waiters (as), executive chefs, sous chefs, cooks, kitchen assistants, dishwasher and / or any other position that requires the operation of the restaurant . It consists of thirteen highly skilled students in different areas of the food and beverage industry, they will be developing this concept.
